- Glen Kilpatrick Review added: 2018.12.05★ ★ ★ ★ ★Glen in Telford: called Lee last night about wooden back door lock, key turns but would not open door. He answered immediately. Appointment for 8.30am this morning accepted happily. Lee called back within an hour to offer appointment same night but we were happy to leave until the morning. Turned up at 8.30am bang on time. Our lock was not one he had with him. Agreed to him getting door open so dog could go in and out as normal. As I was in all day it was okay for him to come back asap. Lee was back within an hour and not only fitted the new British Standard 5 lever mortice lock quickly he made adjustments to stop door catching as it was previously. Can not fault him or his work. Great service. Paid by Credit Card using his magic mobile card machine, very convenient. Recommended. Thx Lee :)
